Meet the Owner
Supreme Health & Beauty, LLC was founded by Breyauna Welch AKA Bre. She is the sole owner and service provider. She is 34 years young, a Capricorn, Registered Nurse, Feminist, and Mother. Although women empowerment is the foundation, wellness and nursing is her passion.
Her Story
Bre started Supreme Health & Beauty in 2020 with the goal of offering affordable post op recovery for those transitioning from surgery center to home. She empathizes with everyday women who conquer the day one minute at a time, women who have learned to take charge of their own life and those who balance motherhood all while trying to look and feel their best. She decided to incorporate her expert nursing skills into the company after she discovered her passion in post op recovery.

Having graduated from Indiana University in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, she spent the early part of her career serving patients in long term care. In that setting, she assisted the elderly with rehabilitation and the aging process. Brey worked her way up to a Unit Manager position where she was responsible for a 40 bed long term care unit and staff including RNs, LPNs and CNAs. She was later promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing. In that position, she assisted the Director of Nursing with maintaining the quality of patient services and the nursing team. Brey later became Certified in Wound and Ostomy care, working closely with a Wound Nurse Practitioner to evaluate, treat and heal all wounds in the entire facility. She eventually transitioned to Adult Acute Care in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital where she mastered her skills in the nursing process, wound management and post operative care in an acute care setting. While caring for post surgical patients, she developed her love for post op recovery and discovered the need for a smooth transition from surgery center to home. In 2022, Brey became Certified in Evidence Based Post Surgical Recovery Care and in the safe delivery of IV Hydration and Vitamin Therapy. She now assists clients with post op recovery after having Cosmetic, Orthopedic and Bariatic surgery.

Brey considers being a Mother her most vital and fulfilling role. Her only child Blane will be 5 years old and is in kindergarten. He is smart, handsome and full of energy. He absolutely makes her world go round. He is her motivation, her daily reminder to keep going, her everything!
